Installing UD agent on windows client

Hello,

 

I try to deploy UD agent on a "new" WinXp client ....

there's something i don't understand with UD credentials (for UD protocol) : where can i found these UD credentials ?

I have admin credentials on this client, but neitherthe less i can't deploy UD agent ....

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

P.S. all network flow are open (bi-directionnaly)

The UD credentials  you have to add is depending on ssh . NTCMD protocols so just add the UD protocols and then run the following order for the jobs.

 

- ping ip by ICMP

- host connection by shell

- host connection by WMI

- create UD zone like DDMi before

- Run install install UD agent job
