Need more information of SendJythonResultsSynchronously tag and getIdMapping API

In the Sending Large Amounts of Data section of the UCMDB Developer Reference Guide, it discuss splitting data into smaller chunks before sending to the UCMDB.

The second option is

- to add the SendJythonResultsSynchronously tag to the adapter so that UCMDB IDs of the CIs in the chunk are returned

- use the framework API getIdMapping to get the returned UCMDBID which is then used to populate the root_container attribute.

I couldn't find any information in regards to this tag and this API in the UCMDB's help, UCMDB API reference or DFM SDK.

Could anyone please provide me with more information in implementing this option?

Cheers,
Alvin Li

Re: Need more information of SendJythonResultsSynchronously tag and getIdMapping API

Hello,

The best option is the one mentioned on the guide. I will find information about the second option and let you know.

Thanks,

Thanks.

Please let me know if you have the infomation about the second option. Due to the limited information, I even can't test this option.

Cheers,
Alvin Li
