Node name/CI Name is not coming correct from UD to SM

Hello friends,

we have UD 10.20 CUP 15 and SM 9.40 P1 installed

the Data Puch>SM Push job which pushes CI's from UCMDB to SM

has issue, the CI name vm-data-switch is coming as __vm-data-switch in SM

also some name like


is coming as 


in SM

the issue is mainly coming with Network devices, any idea ?

I suspect its a mapping issue, check your XML and WSDL files that maps net devices to the corresponding SM entity
