Null candidate for deletion atrribute

Dear UCMDB users/experts,

I am experiencing a strange problem where some CIs have empty (null) values for the candidate for deletion attribute. I am using UCMDB version 10.21. I would appreciate any help on how to resolve this problem.

Thank you.

Re: Null candidate for deletion atrribute

The last access time is less than 24 hours for almost all of them. So that attribute updates.

Re: Null candidate for deletion atrribute

Sorry to bump this thread. Upgrading UCMDB to 10.22 and letting all CIs to be rescanned fixed this issue.
