Population-Push Error

What does the following error mean? And how to resolve this?

I faced it during integration of UCMDB>SM, although the Integration error is succeeded, the population and push is not happening.

Error:

General datastore error: sm_integration >> Got error return code from SM while sending the CI UCMDB%0Ant%0A1%0Ainternal_id%3DSTRING%3D83786f43139d3c0e4fbb55f878c8cfd3%0A, please retry from uCMDB Studio!

Re: Population-Push Error

Hello,

We need more details about the error to know why is failing. Please could you verify if in the Probe logs (\hp\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\runtime\log) you have more information. You need to check fcmdb.adapters.<integrationjob>.log.

Regards,
