Problem after database migration

I migrated our UCMDB database from a SQL 2005 to SQL 2012 server and when I try to connect to the database I am getting the following error in the SQL server Applcation logs:

The prelogin packet used to open the connection is structurally invalid; the connection has been closed. Please contact the vendor of the client library. [CLIENT: 170.xxx.xxx.xxxx]

Is it possible that there was something that got corrupted on the UCMDB server side?

I am on UCMDB 9.05.

Re: Problem after database migration

Hello,

Please note that SQL Server 2012 is not supported in UCMDB 9.05, it supports only SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008. Please see Support matrix for UCMDB 9.05 attached.

Regards,

Irina

Re: Problem after database migration

Right, the database is in 2008 compatibility mode.  We have other instances of UCMDB configured in a similar manner.
