Question on uCMDB adapters (Version 9 and above)

How are we able set an event In the uCMDB, such as the update to a CI, to trigger the execution of a Jython script?

Please guide me with detailed information or steps.

It's not possible to notify about changes ocurring in uCMDB using BSM/uCMDB only. However, you can use uCMDB Configuration Manager which allows you to configurre email notofications about changes requiring authorization. uCMDB-CM base license is for free with uCMDB Foundation.
