Reconciliation error messages (Import from xls)

We use UD 10.01 (CUP /Content Pack installed). We use a few integration adapters to populate the uCMDB with data from several sources (mainly Excel Files).

This works fine in general but there are still some error messages:

Warning processing results: Results contain ignored CIs. For details please check cmdb.reconciliation.log. There were ignored CIs: From Class [membership] 3 CIs were  ignored due to Link with ignored end; From Class [unix] 1 CIs were  ignored due to Multiple Match; From Class [containment] 7 CIs were  ignored due to Link with ignored end;

The question here is how to find out which CI's from the XLS cause the problem. In the

cmdb.reconciliation.datain.ignored.log
I find messages like this:
Datas Ignored From Bulk:
   ID:$TempLink00007968_VAAGQST6036328______,End1:$TempObject2bf77e2750aa222ef2cf3d4da69f516e,End2:$TempObject6929811e194171770d54e18a9c4a566c,Type:composition@data_source=DS_RCH Excel - TSM_Import topology from Excel Workbook,
  Reason: One of the ends was ignored

I assume that being able to identy the items from $TempObjects would solve the issue. Does anybody have an idea if we can find out something about this Objects ?

Re: Reconciliation error messages (Import from xls)

It's not easy to find specific string in XLS file by TempId on the probe.

I'd like to suggest different approach.

You could evaluate identification rule for specific CIT to get understanding what info need to be provided for successful reconciliation.

To see identification rule go to CIT Manager -> Choose CIT -> Details tab -> Press Edit in Identification area.

Now take a look at  <identification-criteria>. It contains set of <identification-criterion>. The CI comming need to match one of criterions, otherwise it will be ignored.
