SIM integration to uCMDB v10.32

I am trying to integrate SIM into uCMDB.  uCMDB version 10.32.  Installed CUP 23.  Looking at the documentation, SIM comes with CUP 28.

Would we need to upgrade to CUP 28 in order to be able to use the integration??

Re: SIM integration to uCMDB v10.32

We had some issues with this integration around CP14 or CP15, don't remember exactly. I remember the debug message for Test Connection was funny like Yey! We made a connection 🙂
Maybe you found the documentation for CP28 but it should be supported on 10.32 also.
Keep in mind that CP28 means at least 10.33.

For so many reasons I would test it on your current environment and after the first 2-3 failures I would strongly consider updating to 10.33 (CUP?) with CP29.

So, we would need to upgrade to 10.33 and install CUP 28 or later or can we use CUP 23 ?

Re: SIM integration to uCMDB v10.32

We added Support for HP SIM 7.6 in CP 26

I would test it first with what you have now and after that upgrade.
