SMI-S Discovery

When we try to discover a storage device, we get the following errors:

< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
CIM: Internal error. Details: CIM_ERR_INVALID_NAMESPACE: root/eva

<< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
CIM: Internal error. Details: CIM_ERR_INVALID_NAMESPACE: root/LsiArray13

<< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
CIM: Internal error. Details: CIM_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED

<< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
CIM: Internal error. Details: CIM_ERR_INVALID_NAMESPACE: root/tpd

<< Progress message, Severity: Error>>
CIM: Internal error. Details: CIM_ERR_INVALID_NAMESPACE: root/emc

According to the Discovery and Integrations Content Guide - Discovery Modules
Chapter 54: SMI-S Discovery

these name spaces are supported.

what could be the reason for this error? Is it possible that these devices don't support this namespaces?

Could it be an issue with credentials/user permissions?

Thanks

Re: SMI-S Discovery

Hi Melissa, thank you for answering.  I read this document, but I don't understand. This document means nothing to me.

Is this fixed within a Content Pack? Is there an other fix available ?
