Scan File not appearing on Probe Server

UCMDB is telling me that the scanner job has completed successfully but when i look for the scan file on the probe i cant seem to find it. When i try to re-process the scan file from the UI i get an error stating there is no scan file to re-process.

Ive searched the whole server for the device and the only hits i get are for the TSV_TMP files in \scans\DB.

Has anyone come across this before or something similar.

 I did notice that the SAI file had not been updated in a number of months and was causing an error, not sure if this would be related.
