Scan file viewer

How does one get the scan file viewer installed on their PC?  We used to install a desktop version of DDMI but I can't find any reference to installing the 10.21 scan file viewer

Hi Friend,

Log in one of probe machine and go to path : DataFlowProbe\tools\InventoryTools\Viewer

copy viewer, exe file one of your local machine.

also you need copy icuuc20.ddl, icudt20.ddl and HwDefinitions.xml file to viewer to work.

just search for the file in dataflowprobe.
