Sorting TQL results
We are deploying UCMDB and SM for a client. In order to work with the customizations being done at the SM side, the integration is pushing installed software CIs from UCMDB into an array of structures on the SM side rather than using the default integration method which pushes the installed software as individual CIs.
The problem is that the installed software CIs pulled in the UCMDB TQL query are unsorted so the resulting array is unsorted. Not only does this make it difficult for a person to read the information later in SM, it also causes managed data tickets to be cut when the arrays don't match on a data push, even though the overall list of installed software doesn't change.
Is there any way to force a sort order on TQL query results?
