Testing an Oracle BD credential generates error ORA-00604

When testing an Oracle BD credential, the following error is generated:

Error: ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-01882: timezone region not found

la timezone del servidor de UCMDB, la del servidor de BD y la BD son las mismas. What should be configured, so that the credential works?

Re: Testing an Oracle BD credential generates error ORA-00604

Hello Ancasi,

Please review the following details :

- modify the TZ information on the .bash_profile
- modify the wrapper.conf and the configure.sh to add information on TimeZone in the java commands
- Delete the already created "oracle schema" (absolutely not compliant with our company policy).

Re: Testing an Oracle BD credential generates error ORA-00604

Hi There,

The error is from db. Can you also test the credentials using sql developer with basic authentication? if the error the same, you need to involve dba.

Thanks,

Yilmaz
