Turn off case sensitivity for reconcilitation

Hi,

We have BSM and uCMDB integration where we push CI's with business services attached from uCMDB to BSM. BSM also has some of it's own connectors which populate CI's via it's own method. We continaully face a challenge with reconcilation of nodes discovered in uCMDB and via a BSM connector which could be easily resolved if reconcialition was not case sensitive.

Is there anyway to turn the case sensitive check off ?

Any help as always is much appreciated

Regards,

Re: Turn off case sensitivity for reconcilitation

Hi craig bocock ,

You can find all the information on the Data Flow Management guide: https://softwaresupport.hp.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/KM00642628

Starting at page 673.

In page 688 you can see an example of how it works:

Please note that the value 'operator' is equal to 'EqualIgnoreCase' so it is making the attribute 'attributeName' not case sensitive.

HTH!
