UCMDB 10.01 Discovering CIs without relationships

Dear Experts,

My client's environment is very big, therefore we run into many issues with the discovering process being very slow, or the UI lagging etc.

They did not give us that much time for this project and we are currently trying to figure out ways to just discover what we need first and worry about the other things later.

Is there any way to discover just CIs such as nodes, or any network devices and leave out all the other CIs such as interfaces or any relationships etc?

Any advice is very much appreciated.
