UCMDB 10.21 VMware Vcenter empty or blank serial numbers

We are connecting and extracting information from multiple VMWare vCenters successfully (WMware vCenter Connection and Topology by VIM jobs), however there are around 1/3 of devices with empty or blank serial numbers. I've been checing history of devices and logs on the probes, but still nothing indicates any issue when retrieving serial numbers. What makes it more difficult to find the problem is that 2 thirds are working fine. Any hints that can bring me closer to find the issue? If someone experienced this in the past, what was the clue to get it solved?

Are the following values true:

'reportPoweredOffVMs' is TRUE to ensure those Powered Off VMs be reported to uCMDB
 'discoverUnknownIPs' is TRUE to ensure those VMs or Host be reported to uCMDB even its IP is not defined in Probe range.

Hope this helps,

Christian;

1. use browser to go to https://x.x.x.x(vcenter ips)/mob
2. enter the username and password.
3. after mob displayed, click the clolumn "VALUE" in the row "content ServiceContent content"
4.when serviceContent displayed, click the column "VALUE" in the row "rootFolder ManagedObjectReference:Folder xxxx (Datacenters) "
5. then click the column "VALUE" in the row "childEntity ManagedObjectReference:ManagedEntity[] datacenter-2 (xxxxx) "
6. then the row "hostFolder ManagedObjectReference:Folder xxxx (host) "
7. then click one of child in the row "childEntity ManagedObjectReference:ManagedEntity[] xxxx-xxx (x.x.x.x)"
8. then click the row "host ManagedObjectReference:HostSystem[]
