UCMDB 2019.05 Discovery Schedules

In UCMDB 10.22, we created time templates so that discovery zones would only run during the time in the template.  To minimize possible impact on users we have different night time templates.  When we configured a discovery job we set a "Start at", which coincided with the start of the associated time template and we set "Repeat Every" to every 7 days.  So if we set the Start at 10:00 PM on Tuesday Nov 26, 2019, repeat every 7 days and a time template starting at 10PM on Tuesday night (account for GMT vs. EST) then when we checked the Probe Status on Wednesday 11/27, the next invocation would be Tuesday Dec. 3, 2019 at 10:00PM.

However, UCMDB 2019.05 isn't working that way, with the same configuration we had with 10.22.  Some zones show previous invocations not matching our original start time, some don't show any, some don't show a Next Invocation and some show a next invocation not on Tuesday, which means they will be blocked from running.

Is there any known problem?  Has anything changed?  Is there a way to make things work as in UCMDB 10.22?

Our server and DFPs are all running Windows 2016.

Thanks,
Mel
