UCMDB Data Flow could not discover Oracle schemas

Jump to solution

I'm new in UCMDB.

We have deployed UCMDB 9.05 and activated the Data Flow.

The configured credentials for protocols are:

NTCMD

WMI

SQL

SNMP

We have successfully discovered the hosts and DBMS and oracle servers, but not able to discover the Oracle schemas.

This is the error I found in probe-error.log

<2013-05-31 12:02:15,945> [ERROR] [JobExecuterWorker-16:Oracle Topology by SQL_172.18.25.20] (ResultSenderImpl.java:113) - Error processing results of discovery job Oracle Topology by SQL
Task Oracle Topology by SQL: received object of class 'client_server' has no required attribute 'clientserver_protocol'

What else should i configure?

Where to configure this attribute: clientserver_protocol?

Thank you for your time.
