Dear Experts,

UCMDB Version: 10.21;

When I try to access UCMDB in my VMware through IE, it shows the error "Error. Click here for details" after the login page. The UI home page and ucmdb logins work well in my laptop though.

The error details are below:

Hi Manoj,

According to your log, the Java Plugin version of your Internet Explorer is Java 6. Meanwhile, the UCMDB 10.21 requires at least Java 7 which has bytecode version 51. The solution is that you can install latest Java Plugin at http://java.com.

Could this be due to a java issue or due to previous accessing of multiple ucmdb instances in the browser? Is there a temp folder that can be deleted to check the refresh?
