UCMDB - SM Integration Clearing SM Attributes
I have a unique issue - a (nearly) Out-of-the-box integration with HPSM (ucmdb 10.33, HPSM 9.40, with no logical name solution and using the 9.40 enhanced generic adapter) is clearing fields I am NOT sending.
When I send a new computer, the integration is clearing fields that are not on the mapping - custom customer fields like contract names, descriptions and dates are cleared, amont others.
Apparently, the customer-side HPSM admin tells me the integration is using a computerCREATE webservices, and it should be using a webservice for computerUPDATE.
I see no way to configure how the adapter uses the webservices, or which webservice to use when. ucmdb only allows for configuration of the mapping.
How to fix this?

Anyone has an idea on what is happening?
