UCMDB-SM Integration

Hi,

 

when i was tryind to do out of box integration from hp ucmdb 10.00 (cp 11.0.9) to HP SM PUSH job passed with failure.......let me know hw 2 proceed further..pls find the attachment....

was it working earlier or it is first instance of running integration with your ucmdb server ?

 

Is that recently some changes done at the sm server like installing patch or content pack ?

 

We have seen such error when SM is having some issue with the configuratoin and hence it retruns such a error.

 

 

Also check with sm.log at the sm server side if there is something specific error seen.

Errors like "Invalid or missing file name in XML request" most probably pointing to incorrect mapping.
