(UCMDB SUPPORT TIP) - Purge dependency service discovery activity

The "Purge Dependencies" job removes the out-dated consumer-provider links created by previous discoveries.

It's a bit strange that those unmatched jobs were not undispatched. It is perhaps due to that the certain users added a lot of dynamic ports under portNumberToPortName.xml, which increased the number of purge dependency job instances.

Since these users are not willing to remove those dynamic ports under portNumberToPortName.xml, UCMDB chose to disable the purge dependency job, by changing the trigger tql of that job to an unmatched condition.

After disable the purge dependency, the aging mechanism will take affect to delete the out-of-date link based on the aging period.
