UCMDB Support Tip: CI does not have permission to get related CI's

What does it all means when trying to check the data probe manager from the IT universe, and continuously getting a reply message stating:

"Selected CI does not have permission to get related CI's from DB".

In addition the CI does not open either. Having all protocols failing too and sometimes Data flow probe disconnects.

It means that "discveryprobegateway" CIT has no tenant assignment attributes. This is internal CI and not should be shown in UI.  Therefore, the fastest way to see CI properties is by using JMX -> Model services -> getpropertiesbytype method.
