UCMDB Support Tip: Critical Patch Warning -- Credentials may be removed following upgrade to 10.22

Due to a post-release issue discovered in the UCMDB 10.22 release, a Critical patch warning was issued for UCMDB 10.22 on March 11th, 2016:

When multiple threads try to modify the same domain document concurrently, credentials mappings saved in the domain document might get removed.

Additional details on the defect are available under QCCR1H106398 - Credentials are being deleted mysteriously

The superseding 10.22 CUP1 patch introduces a logic change which corrects this behavior.
