UCMDB Support Tip: Error encountered when wrong “Category” value is entered in UCMDB CM UCMDB-SM9.30

When the wrong "Category" in the CM Administration is entered.  It cannot be the same values as in UCMDB/System Type Manager/Category. As a results the following error message will be encountered:

WARN User: xusernamex TopologyWSImpl::createRfc      ws1509   RfcServiceImpl.createRfcWrapper:330  RFC creation failed

com.hp.cnc.rfc.exceptions.RfcIntegrationException: com.hp.cnc.rfc.exceptions.ChangeManagementIntegrationException: Creating RFC failed. Return code: 19. Reason: scxmlapi(19) - Doc Engine call failed with cc -1. Messages: scxmlapi(19) - Doc Engine call failed with cc -1

Caused by: com.hp.cnc.rfc.exceptions.ChangeManagementIntegrationException: Creating RFC failed. Return code: 19. Reason: scxmlapi(19) - Doc Engine call failed with cc -1. Messages: scxmlapi(19) - Doc Engine call failed with cc -1

In order to resolve such problem, the Category in the CM should be the same values as SM calls "Change request category", and the UCMDB/System Type Manager/Category should be the same values as SM calls incident-categories.
