UCMDB Support Tip: Error: "Query doesn't exist"
In the event of accessing Modeling studio > Query, and a popup error message occurs: "Query doesn't exist" having all queries vanished from Modeling Studio.
When reviewing the ucmdb logs, one finds the following error message: "ERROR - Error while invoking service. (FolderService#getFoldersTree) java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException (...) Caused by: com.hp.ucmdb.api.ExecutionException: com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.shared.tql.exception.TqlException: [ErrorCode TQL doesn't exist] Pattern [<name of TQL>] doesn't exist"
Please note, in order to address such discrepancy, you will need to:
- Find the name of the offending TQL in the error message: [ErrorCode TQL doesn't exist] Pattern [<name of TQL>] doesn't exist"
- Remove it from the application (by exposing the CIT root and remove the CI)
If you find this or any post resolves your issue, please be sure to mark it as an accepted solution."
