UCMDB Support Tip: How to clear results cache of uCMDB integration job
There is a JMX method that will assist on how to clear the probe results cache for each job defined for an integration point.
To do that please follow the steps below
1. Login to the Probe JMX: http://<probeFQDN>:1977/ (Default User: sysadmin, password: sysadmin)
2. Go to the bean type=TaskDispatcher
3. Invoke the method Description of flushProbeResults following the below rules:
To clear the results for a specific integration job alone, please note that you need to specify the exact job name with the DS_<IntegrationPointName> prefix.
For example, if the Integration point name is BSM, and the job name is bbb, enter it as DS_BSM_bbb
In case the cache of all the jobs needs to be cleared, use " * " (without quotes).
