(UCMDB Support Tip) - Large postgresql.log files in the probe runtime log directory

If the postgresql.log files in the <DataFlow Probe Install Directory>\runtime\log directory are becoming very large then it could cause the probe to run out of disk space as the file isn't rolling correctly.  This is a Postgres oddity and is caused by the configuration of the log file in the <DataFlow Probe Install Directory>\conf\postgresql.conf file.

Change the line below:

log_filename = 'postgresql.log'


log_filename = 'postgresql-%a.log'

This will create files (one per day) in the <DataFlow Probe Install Directory>\runtime\log directory like:
