UCMDB Support Tip : Name of enrichment is not valid no matter if the name is entered correctly or no

Issue description:

It's unable to create an enrichment rule, the dialogue says that you need to enter a valid rule name even when there is a valid name.

Also , edit function on existing enrichemtn rules is not working .

Solution:

This is under investigation and will be fixed in the further release . For details , please check QCCR1H107675 on SSO:https://softwaresupport.hpe.com/group/softwaresupport/search-result/-/facetsearch/document/LID/QCCR1H107675 .

Here is the steps to workaround this :

1.Go into UCMDB Browser ,open [Service Modeling], click on a service . then in the left tool bar , choose [Add Layers],check [Node] ,then [show layers]. After this , save the selected layers .

2.Access the JMX console , run listResources method with customerID:1, resourceType: Topology_TQL, then verify whether below 6 TQLs are updated :

addLayersOnServiceMapPBV,

addLayersOnServiceMapPBV##seed_tql ,

addLayersOnServiceMapPBV#0,

addLayersOnServiceMapPBV#0#0 ,

addLayersOnServiceMapPBV#1#0 ,

addLayersOnServiceMapPBV#1#1

3.If they are not all created , re-try step1 .

Regards,

Erika
