(UCMDB) Support Tip - New Probe for uCMDB server which is using new root context.

When customer install new probe for uCMDB server, if the server is using Root Context rather than "/". The new probe will failed to connect to uCMDB server. And in the WrapperProbeGw.log you will get messages like this:

jvm 1 | <2017-02-23 01:03:37,148> 311839 [DEBUG] [Heart Beat Thread] (HttpMethodDirector.java:644) - Redirecting from 'http://your_server:8080/mam-collectors/collectors' to 'http://your_server:8080/new_root_context/

if your probe configed with new context either, you will get 200 response from uCMDB server.
jvm 1 | <2017-02-23 01:04:07,355> 342046 [DEBUG] [Heart Beat Thread] (Wire.java:70) - << "HTTP/1.1 200 OK[\r][\n]"
or you may get wrong message like "resource can not be found"

Workaround:
When you install new uCMDB server with new context, you also have to change your probe settings, open:
C:\hp\UCMDB\DataFlowProbe\conf\DataFlowProbe.properties

and find out:

# uCMDB server's root context, will be used by server.webApp.name and com.hp.ucmdb.discovery.common.security.cmRestContext
server.webApp.root.context=/

change "/" to the new root context of your uCMDB server, after that your probe will connect back to ucmdb server.
