UCMDB Support Tip: Problem saving an integration point

In the event you are unable to save an integration point and see this kind of error:

Please be aware this is caused by a timeout while trying to get supported classes from the destination server.

In order to resolve this problem:

Go to UCMDB JMX.

Click on Setting Services

Search "*setSettingValue*", open it.

3, In set setting value operation,

input customerID in customerID input text - default value is 1, if you are using multi-tenancy please use an appropriate value

Input name text with "*task.DataAccess.Manager.getAdapterClassesConfig.timeOut*".

Input value with "300000"(300 secs).

Click invoke.
