(UCMDB Support Tip) - SSL certificate issue on CMS UI browser

Scenario:

Having UCMDB 2018.08 running on Linux high availability.

There are two load balancer one for data/integration and other for web load balancing.Recently have applied new SSL certificate on both the load balancers and its working fine with new certificate.

Are able to open CMDB UI, Status page and JMX console with load balancer urls and its showing new certificate. But the CMS UI which is CMDB browser is not up and its showing page cannot be displayed after old certificate got expired.

Don't know how to apply new certificate for CMS UI/browser.

Workaround:

From UCMDB UI (as admin) go to --> Administration --> Infrastructure Settings --> and restore the default values of "UCMDB Browser URL" as this setting is relevant when UCMDB Browser is running in connection with the UCMDB server and we are using an embedded UCMDB Browser.

The refresh rate of the setting is "Login" - which means one must re-log to the application for the changes to take affect. Once we logged out and back in the UCMDB Browser (CMS UI) was working as expected.
