UCMDB Support Tip: Troubleshooting data push issues – push job fails

When data push errors or problems occur, you can check the error messages and the log file to figure out the root causes and then fix the errors.

In the event the push job fails with a “Failed” status. Confirmed from both the log file and the detail error message of the failed job in the Universal CMDB studio, displaying such error message:

Java.lang.RuntimeException: No mapping is found for TQL: "SM Business Service Push",

please configure in smSyncConfFile.xml

at

com.mercury.topaz.fcmdb.adapters.serviceDeskAdapter.push.SmPusher.pushObjects(SmPush

er.java:273)

at

com.mercury.topaz.fcmdb.adapters.serviceDeskAdapter.push.SmPusher.push(SmPusher.java

:93)

... 31 more

In order to address this problem, you will need to search for text “No mapping is found for TQL” to find the TQL name that is not yet configured, and then configure the TQL name in the smSyncConfFile.xml file.
