UCMDB Support Tip: UI not accessible on a Linux based UCMDB

Hello all,

 

If you have a UCMDB Server installed on a Linux system, please make sure the user you use for installation is the one also used for starting the server services or a user with the same permissions.

We encountered this situation with a customer and although all the services were up and running and no errors were shown in the logs, the UI server was not available.

The solution was to start the server with the same user it was installed with.
