UCMDB Support Tip: Using globalFiltering.xml with UCMDB 10.11

In version UCMDB 10.11 there is a new option to edit the GlobalFiletering.xml file.

In Adapter Management, do the following:


1. In the Resources tree, expand the DDMiInfra node and then expand the

Configuration Files node.


2. Right-click GlobalFiltering.xml and select Open in Frame.

Choose Include and exclude the CIs as you need them.
