UCMDB Tip: Error connecting to ServiceNow while processing CIT <cmdb_ci_win_server>

You might observe the following error message while pushing CIs to ServiceNow server:


java.lang.Exception: [DiscoveryMain] [processCIs] [processCIs:add] Error connecting to Service-Now while processing CIT <cmdb_ci_win_server>


There could be two reasons for this issue:


1. Make sure the classes on the ServiceNow side have not been modified, and get new jars for the modified classes and put those on the probe and restart the probe

2. ServiceNow user trying to connect does not have enough permissions.
