UCMDB Tip: Important note regarding Content Pack 14

Please note that before you deploy Content Pack 14.00, you must install version 10.11 on the UCMDB, UD, and CM servers, and deploy version 10.11 Data Flow Probes. Do not deploy Content Pack 14.0 while you are still updating the Data Flow Probes.

Re: UCMDB Tip: Important note regarding Content Pack 14

I updated to 10.11, then applied CP 14.  Now I have a new problem.  I have 30000 IP addresses, but the "Host Connection by WMI" dicovery job is only running against 1.  If I add more IP addreses (say from a range I know has Windows hosts) they don't get added.  The GUI just kind of blinks at me.  If I go back to try to add those IP addresses again, they are not available to choose.

Re: UCMDB Tip: Important note regarding Content Pack 14

30,000 is a pretty large number of IPs to start.  Maybe try removing the IP range to something more reasonable to start.

What I would try is to remove all the IP, then try adding the WMI range for the 3,000 hosts you want to run against and see if that works.  You can increase your ip range later
