The reason for this problem is that uCMDB CM Database is inaccessible. Please ensure the CM Database host can be reached and confirm CM Database integrity.

Re: UCMDB Tip : uCMDB CM Login fails with "The requested resource (/cnc) is not available"

Hi Unni,

we are getting the same error. But i could see the status and integration points were created in UCMDB. Unable to figureout why we are not able to access UI with fqdn:8180/cnc.

Could you please help us to resolve the issue.

Both UCMDB and CM are running on the same server WIndows 2012 and accessing same DB server MS SQL Server 2014.

Please let me know if you want to look at more details.

Thanks,

Siva Boppana
