UCMDB data push job extract failed ci list

We have several thousand failures for some jobs in data push to service manager.

As part of troubleshooting regularly, we want to extract list of failed cis in a job.

I see that there is no option to navigate over pages in the UI for failed cis. The only bet was to change the setting "maximum number of data push failures allowed in UI"  to a value that fits my need.

However, this works only till value 1000 and anything above this value throws a java heap error on the UI.

Any suggestions on how to overcome this?

Re: UCMDB data push job extract failed ci list

Hello,

If you get an OOM memory you can increase the applet heap. Otherwise you can check logs or DB table which stores the failed CIs.

But there seem to be too many failures. Usually in such cases many CIs have same root cause.
