UCMDB queries

  • issue device type wise, first one is Desktop à So in desktop physical memory is captured, what is the measurement unit in which size is captured. Please tell.  For few desktops hard disk is there but for few not, please tell why so ?
  • suppose windows physical memory size is 8298016 but in HPAM it’s different which means UD has done some conversion at it’s end, where are all these conversions stored. Which files are responsible for this ? Are those files editable or not? Can we push size in GB unit from UD to HPAM?
    • For none of the switch and routers, memory value has been captured, please the reason with proper artifacts.
    • There is one job named as computer push, which finishes in a minutes, which should not happen because there is no filter in the query. Please tell why so?

We need more info. Are you using inventory discovery? please confirm.

If yes, could you please provide a scan file from the server with incorrectly discovered or not discovered memory/hard drive sizes?

What the parameters of the scanner per platform are?
