UCMDB to ITSM push job is getting failed

Hi Expert,

We are integrating UCMDB With ITSM.

Push job run for a while and suddenly get failed with error message in communication log .

com.mercury.topaz.cmdb.server.manage.rpm.StoppedException: [ErrorCode [700000] Action was cancelled.]

UCMDB version :-

Server version: 10.20 build: 480
OS: Windows Server 2012 version 6.2

I've installed Content pack 18 only Cup15 which support ITSM 9.41.

ITSM version :- 9.41
