UDA Agent Deployment for non-persistent environment

I'm looking for some assistance as we are rolling out UDA agents into our public cloud environment to run the inventory by scanner job.  We have some VM's which are built off a gold image.  Typically we do not include the agent as part of the image as would create duplicate agent ID issues.  In this case, the VM's are not persistent and will regenerate themselves when a user logs out.  If we choose to regenerate the unique ID each time a new user logs in we risk having many unique records for the same VM.  Any ideas?
