Ucmdb-Asset Manager Integration Reconciliation based on Serial number

Hi Experts,

possibility of the below Scenario :-

If the stock owner added the CI in Asseet manager and by default the value in portfolio - seAssignment  will  be in stock ..then when UCMDB discovered the CI  we want reconciled the asset based on serial number and change the value of SeAssignment from instock to in use in Asset Manager

We want to continue the same if any change discovered by UCmdb in Hardware or Software.

Note :-

We are going to make sure the serial number will be Unique.

We are Integrating UCMDB to Asset Manager Through Asset manager Push Adapter.

Re: Ucmdb-Asset Manager Integration Reconciliation based on Serial number

We haved integrated AM with umcdb and we are push data from Ucmdb to Asset Manager throught AM push Adapter Integration Scenario.

SeAssignment is filed in Asset manager portfolio table .

When we Discovered new Device in UCMDB and push to AM to create a CI then SeAssignmentt value changes in use.

When we changed the se-assignment value manually in AM from in use to in stock / Retired/ missing then we re-run to integration that doesn't change the se-assignment vallue in use again in AM.

Wondering why ... it happen only once when it discovered ..

also need to understand that if it's OOB feature or need to do the modification to achive the requirment.

Thanks & Regards
