Unable to fetch Windows Disk/CPU/Applications in HPUD.

Hi,

I  am having issue in discovering the Windows CPU/Disk/App parameters. The target server connection are successful (Host Connection by WMI & NTCMD).But the node is not reflecting for the next Basic Applications (by WMI & NTCMD) or Inventory.Tried to manually run by adding the node, but the node/IP not reflecting in Host_wmi. There is no error as the connection is successful.

Looking forward your suggestion for the next step.

Thanks,

Raj

Hi

For your Host Connection by WMI/NTCMD did you get the results with CI types as NTCMD or WMI?

Assuming that OOTB Trrigger TQL was not changed, it should look like one attached. It will rtrive any hosts connected to IP in Probe Ranges and to any of Shell agent CI.

Find the host -> Right Click -> Get realted CI. Check if conditions are in place.
