Universal Discovery 10: Not able to create path for .discagnt

Hi Experts,

I am trying to install UD 10.22 agents in Linux server. As document says, I am using the below command to install agent manually on linux server.

sh agentinstall.sh --cert /opt/HP/Discovery/certs --port 2738 --home /opt/HP/Discovery/Data --softwareutilization --period 365 --timeout 9999999 --url0 xx.xx.xx.xx --user root /opt/HP/Discovery/hp-ud-agent-linux-x64.rpm

But it comes with a message (as mentioned below); I am accessing the server with SUDO access.

Data directory=/opt/HP/Discovery/Data/.discagnt
chmod: cannot access `/opt/HP/Discovery/Data/.discagnt': No such file or directory
WARNING: Permissions of /opt/HP/Discovery/Data/.discagnt (664) have been
changed to those needed by non-root agent (2775)
chmod: cannot access `/opt/HP/Discovery/Data/.discagnt/Perf': No such file or directory
WARNING: Permissions of /opt/HP/Discovery/Data/.discagnt/Perf (664) have been
changed to those needed by non-root agent (2775)

Can someone help me with some solution.

Early response is highy appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sudip
