Re: Universal Discovery tab disappeared after license renewa

Did you ever get a resolution to this?

Our on-demand license expired, it was then replaced by an incorrect license.  Once we rectified with a full verison of UD license, the Universal Discoery tab is still missing.

Thanks,

Bill Camargo

Hi,

I had the same issue and running "invokeLicenseCalculation" in JMX console helped me.

Kind regards,

Re: Universal Discovery tab disappeared after license renewal

I was able to solve this problem.
1. First, I deleted all the old licenses. Then I uploaded a new license.
2. Then I executed the "invokeLicenseCalculation" in the JMX console.
3. Stop the UCMDB service.
4. Clear browser cache.
5. Clear the cache in the <UCMDB_Server_Home> folder \ runtime \ jetty-cache \
6. Start UCMDB.
It helped me.
