Unknown Error

UCMDB 10.32 CP 26

Hi experts,

 In the error log i am getting the below error for the ucmdb and even the jobs are not getting executed. For one of the probe is not getting connected properly.  I try to restart the services of both the probe as well as of the server but not getting any result.

ERROR [Request processor timer] (RequestProcessor.java:1011) - java.lang.RuntimeException: Coding error. The thread-local context is not initialized.
2018-05-09 13:43:59,407 ERROR [Request processor timer] (CmdbContextRepository.java:?) - Lack of context error.
java.util.EmptyStackException

Does somebody face this probelm earlier?

Known issue for multiple flows. This will be a long Support case.

Hi Bogdan,

I understand that it requires the suppport but what i saw is that the thread is in pending state and due to that i am getting this error. PFA the slow log that i am getting

If a knew that a simple answer can be provided over the customer-visible forum then you would have it.

This is a more complex problem which needs to be handled in your specific context.
