Updating a node's attribute with two other attributes.

This is super simple, but I'm not managing to have any luck with it.

Simply put, I have a few CIs, with two values:

Space used

and

Total Space

I want to populate a field called "Free Space", which would be "TotalSpace" - "Space Used".

But I cant seem to get uCMDB to do any kind of math... not even a simple subtraction!

This would happen on every ci of this type, so I began with Enrichment rules... no go.

Re: Updating a node's attribute with two other attributes.

Enrichment couldn't do math. In my opinion good place for ER.

Reports have an function that giving option to make a calculated column. So if you need this internally in UCMDB this could work.

The only solution, in my opinion, is to adopt the discovery to populate the sum...
