Upgrading UCMDB 10.01 to 10.10

Hi Everyone,

We are upgrading UCMDB 10.01 to 10.10 and had a couple questions.

1. Set Up High Availability Mode - this says it is only necessary if the upgraded environment is to be on HA. What if the environment we are currently is already HA implementation. Is the configuration step necessary? My guess is it was already set up when 10.01 was installed so we don't need to, but I wanted to be sure we are not skipping any steps.

2. The other question I have is, the recommended upgrade steps are to clone the UCMDB and DB servers, upgrade that environement first and then do a fresh install of 10.10 in the original UCMDB servers. In the case where the environment is HA, is it recommended that we clone bothe primary and secondary servers or just a colone of one server, for example, the primary is all that we need to do the upgarde?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks Melissa! I'll make sure to have a resource from the network team.

I'm guessing it's recommended to clone both servers then so we can test the HA configurations then correct?

Thanks again for your response!
